Send the returned goods for example, by registered mail or an economic parcel.

We send goods from to the manufacturer, and after receiving the claimed equipment from the guarantor, we send it back to you on our cost and if the complaint is accepted, the customer will be returned the cheapest usual way of delivery shipped by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not obliged to reimburse the consumer any additional costs incurred.

Replacement and return of goods is possible only if the exchanged or returned goods meet the following requirements:

  1. have not been used.
  2. have not been damaged.
  3. the consumption characteristics of the goods are preserved.
  4. has not lost its commercial appearance.
  5. Each returned item is in its original packaging.
  6. the original labels have not been removed from the goods.

By ordering from balticbait.com, you agree that you can return the merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date.

If there is damage to the item upon return, you will be charged for the cost of new parts to replace the damaged parts.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping we will replace it subject to our returns policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be refunded within 10 days of return of the goods in accordance.
